I’m Batu, a Senior Product Designer & Manager at Conio with 8+ years of design experience and a Master in UX Design. Based in Italy, I enjoy the warm weather, seaside views, and swimming.

I’m a bit of a design nerd when it comes to user-centered design, prototyping, and design systems. I enjoy creating systems and processes that help teams work together more efficiently and effectively.

Beyond design, I enjoy teaching, mentoring, and guiding others in their careers. My key skills include design systems, product design, UX/UI design, advanced prototyping, and leadership. I’m always looking for new ways to push boundaries and innovate.
